OBJECTIVE

Boost Douwe Egberts Systems’ share of voice within the foodservice trade media, demonstrating its expertise and also raising awareness of its added value services.  Deliver quality over quantity, ensuring high profile coverage in those titles that focus on business growth areas.

SOLUTION

The campaign looked to build Douwe Egberts’ relationship with key media  enabling us to achieve more prominent coverage within relevant features.  Face-to-face meetings, interviews and personalised comments were all utilised to achieve this, along with business tips and trend predictions.  Case studies also helped to bring the brand’s services to life, and journalists were offered a taster of the Douwe Egberts Coffee School with an intensive barista training session. 

RESULTS

Over 30 pieces of quality coverage were achieved during the 12 month campaign in key titles such as Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Restaurant Magazine, Café Business, OOH and Cost Sector Catering.  This generated over 610,000 opportunities to see and 3-times ROI.
